Guests to Sake no Hana this Spring will be able to eat an exclusive menu celebrating the Japanese Cherry Blossom Season created by Exec Chef Hideki Hiwatashi, under a stunning art installation of pink paper clouds which has been created by talented artist Lydia Kasumi Shirreff.  The Sakura dishes will be served with delicious Perrier-Jouët Champagne cocktails – providing the perfect pairing.
