Enjoy tangy, salty Jersey Rock oysters with a glass of Pol Roger Brut to get things started, followed by the decadent, creamy signature lobster bisque and mains like the Blackened Loch Duart Salmon with wild garlic and asparagus which looks more like a work of art, or the Irish Black Angus Beef Fillet (there’s plenty of other choices if you’re not exclusively a seafood fan!)
