As part of the Royal Lancaster London’s £80 million renovation, the Hyde Lobby Bar launching 8th November is set to become a drinking and dining destination in its own right with its prime location making it a place to see and be seen. With a cocktail list which reflects the iconic history of the hotel, you can indulge in delicious drinks like The Great Gats-bee features Chivas 18, cherry brandy and honey syrup collected from the hotel’s very own rooftop honey farm (£12) or The Italian Job cocktail made with Beefeater 24 Gin, Martini Rosso, Campari and Aperol (£12) – a nod to the original Italian Job movie which features a scene outside the hotel.
Daily bites include home baked Danish pastries (£2 each or £5 per trio) and three pieces of Cruffin with smoked bacon and mature cheddar, or Somerset Brie, spinach, tomato and mushroom (£5) along with light lunch dishes like the Scottish lobster and crayfish cocktail, quail egg and caviar (£20)
Hyde Lobby Bar will open from 7.30am – 11pm Monday to Friday, 9am – 11pm on Saturday and 9am until 10pm on Sunday.
