This winter, The Landmark London’s Mirror Bar has teamed up with Beluga Vodka to create a shimmering cocktail hideaway complete with velvet booths, golden accents and a glowing heated terrace. The limited-edition menu hero’s Beluga Noble in creations like the Pearl Star Martini and the rhubarb-laced Rosy-Glow (from £20), with caviar, lobster arancini and truffle fries for extra decadence. Open until 31 March, it’s Marylebone’s most glamorous spot for winter cocktails, late-night dates and chilly-evening escapes.

Guests can dine under the stars in cosy heated domes with panoramic views and a Festive Feasting Menu featuring dishes such as crispy fried chicken with fermented chilli, slow-cooked Jacob’s ladder and dark chocolate crème brûlée (£75 lunch / £85 dinner, groups of six or more). Henri’s winter terrace on Henrietta Street in Covent Garden is an intimate, heated retreat blending Parisian charm with contemporary flair. Chef Jackson Boxer’s menu celebrates the Parisian bistro with elevated touches, including Duck Fat Fries with 20g caviar (£30) and an optional Black Cow Vodka martini (£40). Dessert sees the Anthema Armagnac Baba (£14 for two), a light, rum-soaked cake with Chantilly cream, designed for sharing. Mercer Roof Terrace at Vintry & Mercer is going full winter wonderland this season as it teams up with Beluga Vodka for a chic Après-Ski takeover. The rooftop has been transformed into a cosy escape high above the city, complete with a glowing igloo for up to seven and intimate cabins tucked away on the seventh floor. Think faux fur throws, candlelight, fairy lights and those knockout views stretching from St Paul’s to The Shard. Beluga Vodka leads the cocktail lineup, alongside a British-led menu showcasing seasonal, farm-to-table dishes. A stylish winter hideaway perfect for festive lounging right through to early 2026.

Sabine stands as a tranquil sanctuary, offering a secret garden away from the city’s chaos, featuring a glass-domed roof and a spacious al-fresco area bathed in natural light. The new winter menu boasts gouda and bacon doughnuts, baked camembert, whisky smoked salmon, Galician-style octopus, and spicy chilli and coriander beef short rib which all sound absolutely delicious, while vegan options include BBQ jackfruit Tostadas.

Complementing these delights are Sabine’s warming new cocktails like Foggy Solution and The Lost Villager. There’s also a delightful array of desserts like Sabine Winter Mess and assorted Mini Choux Buns for a truly decadent experience.

As we head into Winter proper, London’s prestigious rooftop venues, Wagtail and Aviary have introduced their Nordic Nights Winter Terraces and Igloos in collaboration with Grey Goose Vodka. Guests will find themselves immersed in a Nordic wonderland on the rooftops with bespoke Grey Goose cocktails to sip on and plenty of tasty bites.

The venues’ wintry oasis, adorned with Nordic-inspired decor and light projections mirroring the Northern Lights, also have gorgeous private heated igloos which can host up to 12 guests, offering an intimate escape with splendid views of the city’s skyline, including iconic landmarks like The Shard and the Walkie Talkie building.

Ready for the festive season, the renowned wigwam returns, adorned with feather masks, candelabras, chandeliers, silk drapes, and hand-drawn murals, creating a fantastical ambiance. The Winter Terrace presents hot cocktails and Venetian-style cuisine for alfresco enjoyment or within the snug and heated wigwam. Gondola seating around the outdoor fireplace is complemented by iconic Shoreditch vistas, crafting a magical winter vibe!
