Culture Culinary Exchange at Viajante 87
Notting Hill’s Viajante 87 re-launches its Culture Culinary Exchange this February, bringing Latin America’s bold flavours to London. Kicking off on Sun 23rd February, Buenos Aires’ Tres Monos (No.7, World’s 50 Best Bars) and Niño Gordo (No.18, North America’s 50 Best) present a four-course menu (£80pp) blending Asian and Latin American influences, paired with Patron tequila cocktails. Opening Friday 14th February at Park Hyatt London River Thames, TAMISé is a refined new wine and tea lounge offering over 300 wines and expertly curated loose-leaf teas. Designed by Studio Moren, the elegant space features bespoke marble floors, intimate seating, and panoramic Thames views. A contemporary wine cellar doubles as a private dining room, perfect for tastings. Vermuteo at The Campaner – New Weekend Tapas
Chelsea’s Catalonian hotspot, The Campaner, has just launched Vermuteo – a Spanish weekend tradition. Enjoy tapas with vermouth, wine, or beer every Saturday and Sundays between 11am and 1pm, featuring dishes like Barceloneta-style bomba and fried eggs with garlic prawns, while also introducing Esmorzar de Forquilla – a fork-friendly Catalan breakfast of cured meats, cheeses, and eggs. Skylon Re-Launches
Oh we love a re-launch – feels like a brand new restaurant doesn’t it? This one is also one of our faves – D&D London’s Skylon which re-opened at the end of January after an elegant refurbishment. Perfectly timed for Skylon’s 20th anniversary (can you believe it’s been around that long?), the revamped space features rich red accents, dark walnut wood, and a Grand Central Bar wrapped in black porcelain. The bar, led by Arianna, showcases an inventive cocktail menu, including the Festival of Britain collection. Head Chef Pavel presents a refined menu featuring dressed crab, Skylon fish pie, and chocolate fondant, while there’s live jazz, weekend entertainment, a new Sunday roast, and afternoon tea launching in March. A must-visit for 2025.

Saint Lucia Jazz & Arts Festival 2025 – Lineup Announced
What could be better than grooving in the sunshine on one of the most beautiful Caribbean islands out there?! From April 30th to May 11th, the Saint Lucia Jazz & Arts Festival returns with an electrifying lineup spanning jazz, reggae, pop, gospel, and world beats. John Legend, Earth, Wind & Fire, Beenie Man, Bounty Killer, Summer Walker, Tasha Cobbs, and Maverick City are the headline performances at the stunning Pigeon Island National Park and Rodney Bay Ramp. Festival highlights include Pure Jazz nights with Matteo Mancuso and Jazzmeia Horn, Caribbean Fusion with dancehall icons, and The Ultimate Celebration featuring global legends. In addition, there’s a cool arts programme (May 3rd-9th) showcasing poetry, visual arts, and Jazz on the Square, with performances from Diana Phillip, Boo Hinkson, and more.
