Cocktails like the Velvet Hour and Green Mezcalita complement an international wine list. BAM Karaoke Box is turning Blue Monday into a feel-good celebration on Monday 19th January at BAM Victoria. Pavyllon London at Four Seasons Park Lane have launched the capital’s first Michelin-starred breakfast tasting menu which is now available weekends from 6.30am (Sat) and 7am (Sun) until 10.30am. Priced at £70, the five-course experience, led by Executive Chef Benjamin Ferra Y Castell under Yannick Alléno, includes amuse-juice, seasonal bakery treats, Chai Pudding or Granola, a showstopping Weekly Chef’s Special or Eggs Royale, and concludes with French Toast and a gift of Les Chocolats de Yannick Alléno.
