Priced at £70, the five-course experience, led by Executive Chef Benjamin Ferra Y Castell under Yannick Alléno, includes amuse-juice, seasonal bakery treats, Chai Pudding or Granola, a showstopping Weekly Chef’s Special or Eggs Royale, and concludes with French Toast and a gift of Les Chocolats de Yannick Alléno.
