Durham Gin
Using a traditional copper still called Lily, Durham Gin is produced in a small batch distillery and features spicy, sweet and savoury flavours like pink peppercorn, along with warming celery seed top notes and an elderflower finish. Hand picked juniper berries are infused with local spring water and pure grain spirit before a second batch of botanicals is added.

Gin Lane 1781
