House of Elrick Gin

Durham Gin

Using a traditional copper still called Lily, Durham Gin is produced in a small batch distillery and features spicy, sweet and savoury flavours like pink peppercorn, along with warming celery seed top notes and an elderflower finish.  Hand picked juniper berries are infused with local spring water and pure grain spirit before a second batch of botanicals is added.

Gin Lane 1781

With Winston Churchill amongst its famous fans, Gin Lane 1781 is typical of the Victorian era style gin with a subtle sweetness thanks to star anise and a smidgen of refined sugar.  With eight natural botanicals including juniper, orris root, Seville oranges and Sicilian lemon, each bottle of this complex gin is individually numbered and hand-crafted in traditional pot stills.
