Savoia Americano Rosso
Savoia Americano Rosso is the sexy aperitivo your drinks cabinet has been missing (just look at the bottle if you need any further convincing!) For the sophisticated dinner party, this beaut of a bottle will go down an absolute treat – especially if they’re Americano fans.
Developed by world renowned mixologist Giuseppe Gallo, Savoia uses a base of marsala and trebbiano wines which are then blended with around 20 botanicals. Following the traditional style of vino aperitivo from Turin, fresh and dry aromatic herbs are combined for full Americano flavour including gentian root and bitter orange peel while taking inspo from an authentic 1897 recipe. This updated version adds cinnamon, rhubarb and cassia wood for an ‘amaro-dolce’ flavour profile.

Sustainable with every sip, beer that doesn’t measure up to BrewDog’s high standards is instead ‘triple-bubble-distilled’ in copper pot stills and turned into vodka! Possibly one of the most delightful vodkas we’ve ever tasted here at Luxe Bible, this should also come with a warning ‘cos it’s so dangerously delicious, you’ve no idea you’re drinking a spirit – be sure to watch your measures! Sweet vanilla and honey on the nose, this beaut is luxuriously smooth to taste with notes of toasted marshmallow and even more vanilla and a lingering caramel finish. Silent Pool Gin
Silent Pool Gin comes from the Surrey Hills – a former delipidated farm turned sustainable distillery right next to fresh water source. Hand-crafted and multi-layered, there’s been a lot of testing involved to create the perfect harmony of luxurious complex flavours with each of its 24 botanicals working together and in turn enhancing the taste. Silent Pool’s range of bottles are absolutely stunning in design and while you’ll get that unmistakable hit of juniper, there’s plenty of earthy pepper on the nose and a citrus hit, with floral notes of lavender to taste, along with a hint of honey and pear and a spicy finish. Argentina’s Bodega Catena Zapata was founded in 1902. Revolutionising the Argentine wine industry and bringing Catena’s collection of wines to the global market, Nicolas Catena Zapata has built a wine dynasty, producing exceptional wines at the Adrianna vineyard at almost 5,000 feet up in the mountains. For a man who likes his port, this is the ideal gift. Made in traditional granite lagars and aged in old casks, this luscious tasting Tawny used tinta roriz, tinta barroca, touriga nacional and touriga franca grapes which are matured for 10 years and you’ll be able to taste the woody, toasted oaky notes as well as dates, toffee and caramel. LA Brewery Non-Alcoholic Sparkling English Blush an Sparkling English Rosé
Perfect for the non-drinker are these ‘wines’ from LA Brewery’s founder Louise Avery. Her love for foraging fresh, natural and delicious ingredients and infusing kombucha with a range of herbs, fruits and botanicals have led to a range of drinks that are a little bit different and super tasty.
Kombucha (sweetened black tea) is known for its health benefits and forms the base of the Sparkling English Blush combining seasonal summer flowers with rhubarb. With strawberry extract, hop extract, peach, beetroot and carrot all packed in, this drink is refreshingly light and very moreish.
The Sparkling English Rosé meanwhile, is a signature blend of assam and white monkey tea kombucha infused with organic white rose petals for a delicate flavour and wild elderflower for depth. Chapel Down English Rose NV
Oh we love an English bottle of fizz and Chapel Down’s delightful collection is no exception! Pressed from hand-picked grapes in the south-east of England, there’s something beautifully regal, romantic and elegant about the bottle with its red stripe around the label. Grape varieties include 52% Chardonnay, along with Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Blanc and 1% early Pinot Noir, resulting in an English Sparkling which is pretty rose petal pink in colour. With a burst of lemon on the nose, and a hint of blackcurrant and soft strawberry to taste, fruit comes from vineyards in Kent, Essex and East Sussex for a flavour which is delicate and elegant. Vranken Pommery Brut Royal Champagne
With over 40 years of expertise in the art of champagne making, Vranken Pommery Monopole’s cheeky and cheerful Brut is the perfect party starter and just the thing you need to get that Christmas do off to a lively start. It’s a wonderful thing to be able to enjoy a sparkling brut made right here in the UK. New to the wine scene this year, is this already well received English Sparkling lovingly grown in Ditchling, South Downs at a family-run vineyard. Everflyht wines are made in the traditional style from Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grape varieties, using new and old oak and aged for 20 months on the lees for depth of flavour. With a hint of lemon and lots of apple on the nose, subtle strawberry to taste and a biscuity based elegant finish, this is an East Sussex gem. Everflyht Rose de Saignée 2019 meanwhile blends hand-picked and home grown Pinot Noir and Meunier, which are then handcrafted into the wine for a bottle which really tastes like it has a enchanting backstory! Beautifully bright salmon pink in colour beneath the black cloak of the bottle, its juicy, fruity, ripe berry flavours are sooo addictive with fine bubbles, cherry notes on the nose, creamy strawberry on the palate and a rounded finish.
