New Luxury London Hotels Which Are Opening in 2024
Hyde London City – Opening March
Occupying the space that was originally the Spires & Bond Hotel which dates back to 1874, this boho chic hideaway will be reborn this March as it opens as Hyde London City. Overlooking St. Paul’s Cathedral, the hotel at 15 Old Bailey has undergone a £34 million transformation, so we’re expecting big things. Featuring a Levantine restaurant, a Japanese style speak easy and a high tech gym, the hotel is hoping to attract a clientele who favour the holistic lifestyle experience. Find out more here.
The Emory, Belgravia – Opening Spring 2024
The Emory in Belgravia will open in Spring 2024 – an exclusive suite-only hotel from the creators of Claridge’s and The Connaught. The incredibly swanky interiors have been designed by Andre Fu, Pierre Yves Rochon, Alexandra Champalimaud, Rigby & Rigby and Patricia Urquiola, while the restaurant will be overseen by Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Every stay will include transfers from London’s airfields, airports and St Pancras, as well as daily breakfast served in suite or at the restaurant. Sircle London – Opening 2024
Individual, elegant and alluring, there’s no set date for the opening of Sircle London on Devonshire Square, which was meant to open last year. While each hotel is different, Sircle’s personalised service is to be expected from the creative hospitality brand who build their hotels in inspiring neighbourhoods. Find out more, here.
Mandarin Oriental Mayfair – Opening Spring 2024
Offering urban luxury in the heart of London, Mandarin Oriental Mayfair on Hanover Square will open in early 2024. With the hotel comprising 50 guest rooms and suites and 77 Mandarin Oriental private residences, the sister property to Hyde Park will be a calming discreet sanctuary with a boutique feel. The spa will feature an indoor heated 25 metre swimming pool along with a sauna, vitality pools, relaxation lounge, fitness centre and bespoke wellness treatments. Meanwhile dining options at the London hotel include cutting edge cuisine and cocktails. Under the expert guidance of Michelin starred chef Akira Back who will be in charge of all of the food and beverage offerings in two cutting edge restaurants, a lounge, a rooftop experience and in-room dining, chic outlet Akira Back will offer all day dining, Dosa will provide a theatrical culinary experience and Korean dishes, destination cocktail bar ABar promises the buzzy vibe and ABar rooftop will boast epicurean cuisine and incredible panoramic views.
Six Senses London, Bayswater – Opening Late 2024
Opening in Bayswater in late 2024 in the iconic former Whiteleys department store, Six Senses London will have 110 rooms and suites and boasts a 20 metre indoor swimming pool and the incredible Six Senses Spa. Wellness programming, concierge service, open kitchen, all day dining restaurant and courtyard seating area will also feature, while there are 14 branded residences, all with access to the hotel’s amenities. The space has been modelled on an old-fashioned London underground station and will include a relaxation room with vaulted ceilings, as well as a new second floor experience – a social and wellness club with coworking spaces and treatment rooms. The Newman, Fitzrovia – Opening late 2024
Set to open in late 2024, The Newman in Fitzrovia offers 81 rooms, including an exclusive rooftop suite which boasts a private terrace. There’ll be a European brasserie within the hotel, cocktail bar and gym as well as a fully equipped spa which will offer hot and cold experience cabins, salt therapy room, hydrotherapy pool and meditation studio. Dao By Dorsett Hornsey Town Hall – Early 2024
Hot on the heels of Dao by Dorsett Shepherd’s Bush which opened last year, Dao’s latest offering in Crouch End is due to open in the Spring and will feature 67 serviced aparthotels including rooms and suites in the Grade II listed Town Hall building. Overlooking Town Hall Square, original features blend with modern finishes, while the Art Centre Art Centre boasts co-working spaces with a lounge, cinema, assembly hall, recording studios, two restaurants, two cafes and a rooftop bar.
Park Hyatt London River Thames – Opening Late 2024
The opening of Park Hyatt London River Thames has been pushed back this year. The new hotel in the Nine Elm’s area of London will be located just a stone’s throw from the brand new Northern Line tube stop and given its proximity to the U.S Embassy, the hotel will feature a secure executive wing and multiple event spaces, as well as a large ballroom! With the Nine Elm’s area currently undergoing mass development, it’s a great location for the Park Hyatt brand to put their stamp on the area, combining sophistication and understated luxury with their first UK property.

The Other House, Covent Garden – Opening Late 2024
The Other House offers a unique experience to its guests in that hotel rooms are actually ‘club flats’ and you can stay in them as long as you wish whether that’s for a night, a week or a month! St. Regis Mayfair – Opening 2025
Originally set to open in 2023, Marriott have confirmed that the UK’s first St. Regis will open in Mayfair in 2025 at the former Westbury Hotel. Featuring around 200 guest rooms and suites, the £90 million renovation will see a new eighth floor added to the property, while the new hotel will feature a speakeasy style bar, signature restaurant and spa. The Polo Bar will remain. In a great location on the corner of Bond Street and Conduit Street, you couldn’t be better placed for exploring all that luxurious Mayfair has to offer.
The Chancery Rosewood, Mayfair – Opening 2025
The opening date for The Chancery Rosewood in Mayfair has been pushed back to 2025. Occupying a space that was originally designed for the US Embassy in Grosvenor Square, we’ve heard there’s a ‘Mad Men’ feel to the hotel which will feature 146 rooms, a 750-capacity ballroom, wellness facilities including a spa on street level designed by the incredible Yabu Pushelberg and a number of dining venues. Luxury London Hotels Which Opened In 2023
Broadwick Soho – Opened November
Independent luxury hotel Broadwick Soho has finally opened its doors! Martin Brudnizki (of Annabel’s and Sexy Fish to name drop a couple), has styled 57 gorgeous rooms inspired by the area’s creativity. With lavish interiors and a personalised service which is second to none, Broadwick Soho’s interiors exude ‘gritty glamour’ courtesy of Brudnizki who has described the hotel as “your eccentric godmother’s Soho townhouse.”
Including one penthouse and nine suites, the rooms offer up a residential feel, while many have private balconies overlooking the hustle and bustle of London’s Soho. Randall and Aubin founders Jamie Poulton and chef Ed Baines head up the food and beverage, offering a lower ground restaurant experience called Dear Jackie, Bar Jackie for coffees and cocktails, rooftop cocktail bar Flute, private dining space The Dining Room on the eighth floor members lounge The Nook on the ground floor. The BoTree – Opened July
One of London’s hottest hotel openings for 2023 is The BoTree in the heart of London’s West End. The luxurious five star hotel captures the spirit of the city’s ‘village’ life and is a sister hotel to the award-winning Middle Eight and The Guardsman Hotel.
Including 199 rooms, 29 spacious suites, bars, destination restaurant Lavo with sophisticated Italian cuisine, live music club, fitness centre and boutique screening room, The BoTree blends Marylebone flair and Mayfair chic with renowned Amsterdam designers Concrete designing the luxury guest rooms.
Suites range from 31 to 78 metres squared including sliding partition doors, exclusive designs, intuitive tech, lounge, balconies and a personal bar. A member of the Preferred Hotels & Resorts’ prestigious collection, The BoTree will open in July, a stone’s throw from Bond Street tube station.
Ruby Zoe, Notting Hill – Opened June 2023
Taking inspiration from the area’s history and the Caribbean islands, Ruby Zoe in Notting Hill opened in June last year with stylish rooms ranging from NEST, COSY, LOVELY to WOW. The ground floor of the hotel features a unique bar and vinyl record retail store. Perfect for exploring all that Notting Hill has to offer, further Ruby Zoe’s are planned to open in 2024 in Clerkenwell and Southwark. Discover more here.
One Sloane – Opened August
Sloane Square is a fitting address for the chic Parisian hotel’s first UK outpost One Sloane. The latest offering from hotelier Jean-Louis Costes of Paris’ iconic Hôtel Costes, 300 year old Cadogan Estate and Parisian Designer François-Joseph Graf opened in August in Chelsea. With the decor inspired by the British Empire at the turn of the century, original Victorian features have been embellished, while the luxurious abode features a rooftop restaurant and glamorous basement bar, along with 40 beautifully styled boutique bedrooms.
Raffles London at The OWO – Opened September
Raffles Hotels & Resorts has opened its first London property – Raffles London at The OWO and The OWO Residences at the landmark Old War Office building. The iconic Whitehall institution saw Churchill hold office here and is open to the public for the first time in more than a century! Reimagined, The OWO’s nine restaurants and bars includes a signature restaurant from Mauro Colagreco, relaxed Mediterranean dining in Saison, as well as a grand ballroom. Home to the first Guerlain branded spa in the capital, The OWO offers a holistic well-being experience, with a focus on restorative wellness and active training. Situated at the heart of the building and spanning four levels, a personalized wellbeing experience is led by forward-looking heritage brand Guerlain and member’s health club by world-class movement experts Pillar.
The Peninsula London – Opened September
In an incredible location overlooking both Hyde Park Corner and The Wellington Arch, The Peninsula London in stunning Belgravia features 190 beautifully styled rooms and suites by Peter Marino, with a further 25 exclusive residencies up for sale. The grand collonade entrance and courtyard lobby reflects the area’s heritage, while the site will also feature a one storey shopping arcade including nine retail shops. Including a rooftop bar boasting amazing views, a Cantonese restaurant called Canton Blue, mixology bar Little Blue and the lavish Peninsula Spa.
art’otel London Battersea Power Station Powered by Radisson Hotels
Art’Otel’s first UK hotel at the London Battersea Power Station development has just opened! art’otel London Battersea Power Station powered by Radisson Hotels champions architectural style and art-inspired interiors will see the luxury lifestyle hotel partner with a signature artist whose work will feature heavily throughout the complex.
Located within Battersea Roof Gardens as part of the Electric Boulevard, Art’Otel will feature a rooftop garden heated outdoor infinity pool and hot tub, 164 luxurious bedrooms, destination restaurant and double height bar. In addition, a spa, gym, choice of event rooms, Grand Cafe and Art Gallery make Art’Otel one of the hottest hotel openings for 2023. The Hoxton Shepherd’s Bush
Having opened in December 2022, The Hoxton has headed west for its fourth London outpost which occupies a spot on Shepherd’s Bush Green. With 237 bedrooms including a new, affordable ‘hideout’ room category, the hotel is being designed by Ennismore Design Studios and will include a stunning open lobby with central bar, restaurant, terrace, courtyard and even a retail space.
Sun Street Hotel
Bespoke Hotels added to their impressive portfolio in October 2022 with a brand new five star opening between Shoreditch and the City of London. The Sun Street Hotel forms part of One Crown Place fusing a sensitively restored Georgian terrace with eclectic interiors to represent the contrasting old and new areas.
With extravagant décor in each of its 41 guest rooms and seven suites, Sun Street Hotel guests can choose Georgian or modern styled rooms. Hyatt Regency London Stratford
Having opened in June 2022, Hyatt Regency London Stratford, is brilliantly connected to central London with both Stratford Station and Stratford International on the doorstep. The luxury hotel boasts 255 rooms and 10 stunning suites, as well as a top floor 24 hour fitness centre with views across the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and state-of-the-art equipment. The gorgeous Elondi restaurant, bar and terrace serves up food inspired by the East London area along with cocktails, wines and craft beers in stylish surroundings. The 55 By Le Mirage
Having opened in August 2022, new boutique hotel – The 55 By Le Mirage is in a great location between Notting Hill and Bayswater and just a short walk away from the infamous Portobello Road. With 55 spacious rooms and suites with interiors inspired by the local area, they’ve all been carefully designed to cater for your every need – Nespresso machines, blackout curtains, free Wifi, Smart TV and ultra comfy beds come as standard. Lost Property, St Paul’s Cathedral
Lost Property is now open, a London hotel boasting incredible views of the stunning St. Paul’s Cathedral which is just 100 metres away. This new addition to the Hilton Curio Collection will feature a quirky, cool design in keeping with the portfolio’s collection of one-of-a-kind hotels, while capturing the vibrancy of the local area.
145 light, airy bedrooms will feature marble and industrial style bathrooms, while Lost Property’s vibey ground floor bar and restaurant – Found, will offer classic food and drinks with a nostalgic twist as well as featuring an ornate chandelier crafted by Murano Glass. Premium coffee house Tattle will serve healthy breakfasts and snacks as well as Monmouth Coffee. Nightly room rates at this new London hotel start from £170.
The Twenty Two
The Twenty Two boasts a hotel, all day public restaurant and private members club. The opulent London offering with 31 bedrooms and suites along with a Mews house, boasts a design concept led by luxury designer Natalia Miyar and her team who will be working closely with French interior designer Bambi Sloan and proprietor and creative lead Navid Mirtorabi. Textured fabrics, embroidered silks, velvets and bespoke wallpapers will combine with existing original features for a truly decadent feel to the new hotel. The restaurant kitchen will be overseen by Exec Chef Alan Christie, offering seasonal produce from local suppliers, while the bar will showcase its own spirits along with cocktails and low abv alternatives. The members club will be a place for hotel guests and members to relax and unwind in a creative, collaborative space offering up an all day lounge and covered outdoor terrace along with a cocktail bar.
One Hundred Shoreditch
Lore Group (Sea Containers) launched One Hundred Shoreditch in February on Shoreditch High Street in East London. Rooms are designed to be calm and relaxing retreats, giving guests a break from the buzz and vibrancy of the surrounding area and the hotel’s own restaurants and bars. Speaking of which, there are a massive six eating and drinking outlets within One Hundred Shoreditch including Goddard & Gibbs’ seafood offering, wine bar and take-out, the Seed Library cocktail bar by Mr Lyan, and The Rooftop terrace. With meeting rooms available for private hire including the One Hundred Room, Coffee Shop and gym, looks like everything you need is right here in one place!
Inhabit Queen’s Gardens
With wellness and sustainability firmly at the heart of Inhabit Hotel’s new opening in Queen’s Gardens, London, the environmentally friendly boutique conversion of a number of Georgian Townhouses in Lancaster Gate will feature 159 beautifully zen rooms and suites. Featuring a meat-free menu in the restaurant, along with a lounge, library and wellness centre, daily activities will include Peloton sessions, workshops and masterclasses along with yoga and meditation. Chateau Denmark
Chateau Denmark opened in April 2022 on London’s iconic Denmark Street – a result of the partnership between Outernet Global and Carrie Wicks’ CAW Ventures. Channeling the street’s historical rockstar status and music scene, the hotel will pay homage to the legendary artists for which the street is famed. It’s where The Rolling Stones recorded their first album, the Sex Pistols lived, and also the place many believe Ziggy Starbust was born. With 55 ‘session rooms’ set across 16 incredible buildings in and around Denmark Street, Chateau Denmark’s hotel rooms have four distinct narratives with each telling a unique story. You might end up staying in one of the ‘Vintage Gothic’ style rooms exuding charm, ‘Timeless Grandeur’ with its luxurious opulent Victorian vibe, ‘Modern Psychedelia’ channeling 60s and 70s London, or ‘Punk Now’. 1 Hotels’ debut UK hotel will open in Mayfair later this year. Overlooking Green Park, 1 Hotel London will feature 184 rooms, a farm-to-table restaurant which includes garden seating and a state of the art fitness and wellness centre. A relaxed communal lobby bar will offer a sociable space for guests, while the hotel itself will focus on luxurious sustainability including locally sourced materials for its interiors. 1 Hotels already has many nature inspired properties North America with new additions sprouting soon in Mission Bay, Melbourne, Paris and Elounda Hills.
The Other House
The Other House ‘Residents Club’ is now open in South Kensington. Disrupting the traditional sector, The Other House offers a one-stop venue for travellers offering club flats, food and drinks venues, a private members club and a focus on wellness. With apartment style living for your staycation, with hotel facilities, the ‘Club flats’ have been designed by the award-winning Bergman Interiors, while residents can check in and out, order food and drink and even summon a lift using the app. Read our full review here.
The Wesley
The Wesley Camden Town is the sister property to The Wesley Euston, has just recently opened at the end of 2022 inside a converted chapel with 38 boutique style bedrooms featuring classic, superior and Wesley Collection rooms. Offering up a modern and contemporary design by HLM architects and with the same eco-credentials as The Wesley Euston, it’s occupies a prime location in easy reach of Camden Lock Market, Regent’s Canal, Koko and The Roundhouse.
room2 Chiswick
room2 Chiswick opened in December 2021 – a ‘hometel’ in the heart of this lovely leafy west London town. What’s special about this one is that it’s the world’s first whole life net zero hotel, meaning all carbon emissions have been reduced and rebalanced to zero! Without compromising on quality or comfort, room2 Chiswick aims to use 89% less energy than a typical hotel in the UK, with low flow, full impact showers which use 40% less water, and heat pumps that extract heat energy from the earth. All furniture is locally sourced and natural or recycled, and the hotel actually has two labs within it, so everything can be monitored. Locke Hotels – Buckle Street Studios
Locke Hotels have opened their sixth site with Buckle Street Studios in East London. The lifestyle aparthotel is located adjacent to the first ever Locke – Leman Locke on Leman Street. With the area a vibrant neighbourhood in which to explore all that Aldgate has to offer, Buckle Street Studios serves up 103 modern and stylish studio apartments with super cool furnishings as well as a concept store, co-working area, ‘Shaman’ coffee shop and meeting room. NYX Hotel London Holborn
NYX is our kinda hotel! Taking its names from the Greek goddess of the night, NYX Hotel London Holborn is designed to reflect the energy of the city. Relaxed luxury is very much the vibe here with stunning ultra-modern bedrooms, ‘Dream’ beds, a fully stocked SMEG fridge and cosy robes. NoMad London in Covent Garden
Out of all of our new hotel openings for 2021 this was the one Luxe Bible was most hyped about. Still one of the hottest stays to book in 2023, the luxury hotel brand already has properties in New York, LA and Vegas, with NoMad London serving up the same luxurious style.
While our fave NYC based NoMad is Parisian inspired, this first international outpost for the brand sees the NoMad London hotel draw its inspiration from the colourful past of the building itself – the former Bow Street Magistrates Court in Covent Garden where The Krays and Oscar Wilde stood trial.
With Sydell Group’s Andrew Zobler having joined forces with interior design geniuses Roman and Williams, the result is a combo of antique furnishings and new bespoke pieces, ultimate luxury and underlying mystery with an emphasis on excellence in every sense. Rooms range from classic through to the Royal Opera Suite and each includes mosaic bathrooms and keyless entry.
With a glass ceilinged all day dining atrium restaurant at its heart, food features heavily with Exec Chef Ian Coogan at the helm. Side Hustle serves up Mexican inspired sharer plates and agave-based drinks in its moody, heavily stocked bar, and the Library offers up breakfast and light fare through the day, along with wine and small places in the evening. Canopy by Hilton London City
The UK’s first Canopy by Hilton London City opened in the East End in November 2021 within the new Minories development. The portfolio of locally-inspired and contemporary hotels offer stylish tranquil guest rooms with an emphasis on experiencing and exploring the local area. Grab a complimentary bike and set off to explore nearby London attractions like St Paul’s Cathedral or Borough Market.

Hyatt Place London City East
Having opened in June 2021, Hyatt Place London City East is the brand’s third Hyatt Place in the capital. The London hotel on Whitechapel Road at Black Lion House (just moments from Aldgate East Station), boasts 280 swanky rooms, 13 of which occupy the two top floors of the building and boast private outdoor terraces and balconies.
With 100 of the rooms enjoying incredible views of The Gherkin and Canary Wharf, the ninth floor PocketSquare Skyline Bar & Terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a gin or two from the well stocked bar, or a seasonal signature cocktail inspired by the local area and created by bar manager Kristian Smith. The Londoner, London’s Leicester Square

Lifestyle hotel Radisson RED London Greenwich The O2 opened in August 2021, offering up incredible riverside views next to the world’s most popular entertainment arena – The O2.

Sloane Place
Having opened in September 2021 in Chelsea, Sloane Place boutique hotel and restaurant is sister to the Sloane Club next door. Boasting outdoor tables which are perfect for people watching and a buzzy ground floor cafe bar, there’s all day dining on offer (we hear the pancakes are a must-have!) The menus have been created by Exec Chef Bernhard Mayer (formerly of The Savoy and Four Seasons, Park Lane.)

The Hux Hotel
A boutique hotel hidden from view behind a discreet doorway on Kensington High Street?! We are all over that! Let us introduce you to The Hux Hotel – a new hotel which soft-launched last year but which has now revealed its bold decor, quirky indulgence and seductive bedrooms. Pan Pacific Hotels Group opened its first European hotel in Bishopsgate in September 2021, right opposite Liverpool Street Station. Kingsland Locke in Dalston
Locke launched its fourth London property in early 2021 with Kingsland Locke in the heart of Dalston. With 124 stylish apartments as well as a contemporary co-working space, on-site micro-brewery and gin distillery, Kingsland Locke fits perfectly into Dalston’s eclectic neighbourhood with its vibrant spaces, while the design inspiration comes straight from the surrounding area with raw textures and a muted palette – courtesy of local studio Red Deer.

Beaverbrook Town House
In addition to the Beaverbrook Country House Hotel in Surrey, Beaverbrook’s second property the Beaverbrook Town House opened on Sloane Street in the very heart of Chelsea last summer. In partnership with Cadogan, the luxury town house opposite Cadogan Gardens follows the £25 million restoration of two stunning Georgian townhouses and features 14 luxury suites named after much-loved London theatres. There’s also 14 bedrooms, a meeting room and Japanese restaurant and bar – the interior of which has been inspired by 19th Century artist Hoksuai. The Gantry
Having launched in Stratford in 2021, The Gantry London (Curio Collection by Hilton) offers a stunning design hotel, an artisan food market, restaurants, bars and events – all under one roof! Created with the local community in mind to build a sustainable hotel which will support its neighbourhood, The Gantry is an eating, drinking, travel and social destination in one, including the highest rooftop bar and terrace in East London situated on the 18th floor with DJs and live music.
With its facade inspired by New York’s Flat Iron Building, the luxurious hotel boasts 291 rooms across 17 floors – the Curio Collection’s fourth property in London.
Westin London City
The UK’s first Westin hotel opened in November 2021, situated near to St. Paul’s Cathedral with incredible river views and out across London. Featuring 222 rooms and nine luxury residential river facing apartments, The Westin London City offers up high end in room features, a signature restaurant, wine bar with outstanding views, and the Heavenly spa with its six therapy rooms and pool area.
The Westin London City’s riverside wine bar – Hithe + Seek overlooks the Thames with views of Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre and the Tate Modern. The stylish space offers a wine list in two halves – Hithe will feature familiar favourites, while Seek will offer up the opportunity to sample undiscovered gems. Food is a sharing and pairing affair from grilled Galatian octopus to wild trout tiradito. Meanwhile, the Mosaic restaurant serves up nutritious dishes from around the world as well as featuring an Eat Well menu, overseen by Executive Chef Jorge Colazo.
Mondrian Shoreditch
As The Curtain falls on, well, The Curtain, a phoenix rises from the ashes. This particular phoenix is Accor and SBE’s Mondrian Shoreditch, which opened in August 2021. Mondrian’s sixth hotel is its European flagship (following Mondrian Southbank’s switch to Sea Containers London in 2019). While the relaunch has seen an update and some basic renovation to the hotel, The Curtain Members’ Club remains, occupying the top floor and roof terrace.
The 120 room property features a brand new dining experience with world famous Spanish chef Dani Garcia bringing flare and innovation to Shoreditch with his new tapas restaurant BiBo, while The Rumpus Room (previously of Sea Containers), will take over the stunning rooftop lounge. Altitude at The Curtain is still open to members with its rooftop area and pool, while Christina’s Shoreditch – an all day coffee, cocktail, wine and katsu sando bar will source produce locally. The Lost Poet, Notting Hill
Featuring just four distinctive rooms – The Suite, The Salon, The Quarters and The Muse, The Lost Poet offers up an exclusive stay in the heart of Notting Hill on characterful Portobello Road, with each room drawing on the area’s playful character. This adult-only abode features daring interiors and highly stylised furnishings, with contemporary designs fused with vintage finds. With keyless access and check in online, be sure to pack light as the stairs are narrow!
The Carlton Tower Jumeirah in London’s Knightsbridge
Boasting a rich history, The Carlton Tower Jumeirah has undergone a £100 million renovation – the hotel’s biggest ever. This former A-list haunt features a brand new design, 186 keys and a contemporary, luxurious feel, while still maintaining its heritage.
With many of the luxury hotel suites boasting balconies with stunning views, guests have access to Cadogan Gardens’ private garden square, while The Peak Fitness Club & Spa set across three floors features a new Talise spa and London’s biggest hotel pool at 20m in length. Le Méridien Picadilly has re-opened as The Dilly. One of London’s oldest hotels known for its high class guests, The Dilly’s reinvention reflects the London of today with a stylish new feel, complete re-design of its 225 bedrooms and 28 suites, a new health club with pool and VIP check in area with a private lift. Fairmont Windsor Park
Although not strictly one of our new luxury London hotel openings (as it’s located in Windsor), the five star Fairmont’s third UK property (formerly the Savill Court Hotel and Spa), opened in January 2022, following a substantial multi-million redevelopment. Featuring a sprawling country estate set across stunning landscaped gardens, the hotel boasts 200 luxuriously styled rooms, 13 meeting rooms, and dining options which include a tea lounge and the Royal Suite (surely a nod to HRH nearby…)
With over 200 luxuriously styled rooms and 13 meeting rooms, the new Fairmont Spa and Wellness provides a commitment to wellness throughout the hotel with a 2,500 square metre spa which includes a salt room, Japanese foot spa, indoor and outdoor pools and the UK’s first multi-person Cryotherapy Chamber. Admiralty Arch Waldorf Astoria – 2025
With details of the actual opening still a little sketchy, the iconic London landmark – Admiralty Arch Waldorf Astoria is set to become ‘the finest hotel in London’ featuring 100 rooms and suites – all with incredible views along The Mall and of Trafalgar Square. Rooms will feature luxurious finishes and the latest technology while public areas of the hotel will reflect the Grade I listed status. A brand new restaurant and roof terrace will also open on the first bridging floor of the arch. The room which has never been accessible to the public before, will give diners some of the best views in London straight down The Mall towards Buckingham Palace.
