It might not be the full on Ibiza experience you’ve come to know and love from the White Isle, but there’s still plenty going on! Here’s Ibiza’s coolest hotels to stay at in 2021.

Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay – Talamanca Bay
While the five star Nobu Ibiza Bay opened in 2017, it’s still one of our favourite hotels on the island with its luxurious laid back vibes, two swimming pools, spa and wellness centre. They have however just introduced a brand new experience service called BEYOND, offering guests immersive packages to make the best of the island by partnering with adventure specialists and local artisans. Whether you’re after a private vineyard tour or some adrenalin fuelled cliff diving, Nobu Ibiza Bay can make it happen. In addition, a new innovative well being programme has just been launched with monthly mindful meditation and movement events powered by electronic music (how cool does that sound?!). Finally for 2021, the new BiBo restaurant from Michelin starred Dani Garcia is now open offering a creative culinary adventure with innovative sharing plates and killer cocktails.
Pikes Hotel
A guide to what’s hot in Ibiza would not be complete without a mention of the island’s legendary Pikes Hotel. Oh if the walls could talk in this place..! This multi-awarding winning hedonistic playground is still the number one place to really immerse you in the spirit of Ibiza and its carefree attitude! With 25 bespoke boutique style rooms, an epic pool and bar area and outstanding food in the restaurant, days and nights at Pikes are always full of fun and mischief.
Pikes’ new restaurant Pamelas (named after an elusive hotel guest and possible ex of the owner!), goes all out with a fitting tribute to the lady herself with an incredible menu from Pikes’ Head Chef Lee Milne. With fresh, local and organically sourced produce, you can expect classic dishes with contemporary dishes. We love the sound of the slow roast rib of beef, the tandoori tofu tikka masala and the Pamelas Burger – a truffled welsh rarebit with burger sauce and brioche bun. WOW that sounds goooood.
Atzaró Agroturismo Hotel & Spa – Santa Eulalia
Atzaró Agroturismo Hotel & Spa is a luxurious retreat and original orange farm. The sprawling thirteen hectare estate includes luxurious bedrooms made from traditional materials, while the natural spa with wellness at its heart including sauna, hammam, gym, treatment rooms and a full programme of classes.
Farm-to-table is the theme at Aubergine by Atzaró, with a gorgeous menu which includes seasonal produce and locally sourced ingredients, with dishes all organic where possible.
The stunning restaurant has five indoor dining rooms and three outdoor terraces with twinkling lights under the pergola for a magical feel. We’re loving the sound of homemade buffalo ricotta and the roast aubergine carpaccio with cherry tomatoes, feta, pomegranates, dates and pistachio.
