Shangri-La The Shard is about to become the best smelling hotel in London Thanks to Jo by Jo Loves. The Luxe Bible team were among some of the hotel’s select guests invited to celebrate the launch of the new partnership which will see a new amenity line introduced in July.
Using refillable bottles which will eliminate the use of more than three tonnes of plastic each year, Shangri-La The Shard, London will also offer a multi-sensory cocktail which has been inspired by the fragrance notes of Jo By Jo Loves. The luxury fragrance brand will also include welcome amenities in the form of a red chocolate replica perfume bottle, while a scent-based overnight stay will include exclusive gifts and a visit to the flagship Pimlico store for a fragrance tapas experience.
Bespoke in-bathroom amenities for guests visiting from 1st July onwards will get to indulge in sustainable, vegan and cruelty-free products for their bathing experiences, with an intoxicating and delicious combo of grapefruit, lime, and black pepper. The scarlet stand out bottles are set to look incredible in the Shangril-La’s bathrooms. Speaking about the pioneering new amenity line, Jo Malone CBE said:

As well as bringing a new experience to guests in their rooms, there’s also a brand new multi-sensory Jo by Jo Loves cocktail exclusively available at GŎNG Bar on Level 52 of the Shard. Translating perfume notes into a refreshing, fragrant concoction which re-creates the scent of grapefruit and black pepper with a taste of Herradura Plata tequila, Vetiver liqueur, tawny port, rue berry and grapefruit soda, there’s also the opportunity to enjoy a ‘spritz with a spritz’, comparing scent with flavour as each drink is served with a 1ml glass tester bottle of Jo By Jo Loves. Available from 1st July priced at £25.
