The mandarin mousse and light lemon jelly ‘Sicilian Gadrwith Italian meringue and crushed biscotti (£12.50) is decorated with a lavish gold leaf. And to accompany it, the pretty special ‘Millésime’ cocktails combines the dryness and salinity of Manzanilla sherry with fresh Sipsmith Summer Cup, bergamot-infused Italicus liqueur, mandarin and lemon.
