New UK Openings for Native by Numa in 2026

If you’ve stayed in a Native by Numa aparthotel, there’s no doubt it’ll have left a lasting impression. Lucky for us then that this luxury lifestyle brand is growing from strength to strength with several new openings this year alone.

Known for their luxe boutique style with a focus on smart tech, we’ve stayed several times at Native by Numa in Manchester and love the easy breezy experience and the stunning spaces.

Native by Numa’s Manchester aparthotels are located on Ducie Street in Manchester – just a two minute walk from Piccadilly station, making it highly convenient and well placed for exploring everything the city has to offer.

The incredible building which was once a cotton warehouse retains lots of the original features like the incredible high ceilings and original brickwork in the apartments.

NYC style boutique hotel rooms feature living rooms, dining areas, stunning bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen areas, framed by beautiful windows with industrial accents throughout. There’s plenty of storage if you’re staying for longer than a few nights and there’s a fridge, cupboard space and even a dishwasher.

This is a hotel stay on your own terms too. You’ll be What’s Apped your PIN code to open the doors both outside and to your room so no more getting down to the lobby and realising you need to go all the way back up to your room to grab the key you left on the side table. You’re pretty much left to your own devices while still be acutely aware that house-keeping will keep your apartment spic and span and reception is just a text away for anything you need.

Native by Numa is also a popular restaurant, bar and co-working space, but it’s currently closed while a huge re-furb takes place. No doubt it’ll resume its popularity when it’s unveiled at the end of the summer.

Continuing its expansion across the UK, 2026 will see 4 new Native by Numa’s, further cementing its position as a go-to for design-led, flexible city stays.

Leading the rollout is Native Hyde Park, which completed its refurbishment in February. Overlooking one of London’s most iconic green spaces, the Grade II-listed building offers 62 rooms, including refreshed doubles alongside the brand’s signature studios and apartments. Interiors blend mid-century design with warm terracotta and green tones, layered against original period features to create a calm, elevated base in the heart of Paddington.

Elsewhere in the capital, Native Fulham Broadway is set to open this Spring, bringing 41 apartments to West Brompton. Inspired by the area’s market culture and neighbourhood energy, the property is designed to offer a more local, lived-in experience in one of London’s most vibrant districts. Later in the year, Native Fitzrovia (Margaret Street) will follow, introducing 30 bold, design-forward units that reflect the pace and personality of central London through rich colours and striking architectural influences.

There are also two new openings on the horizon in Edinburgh. Native Thistle Street will arrive in Autumn, delivering 72 elegant apartments in the Georgian surrounds of New Town, while Native Leith, launching this Winter, will offer a more industrial aesthetic.

Together, these openings signal an exciting year for Native by Numa with experiences rooted in the local neighbourhood, with a focus on personalised service and distinctive, locally-inspired design.
