Chinese New Year at Hakkasan
In celebration of Chinese New Year on Tuesday 1st February, Hakkasan at both Hanway Place and Mayfair will be treating guests to a special experience from 18th January to 15th February. The Michelin starred Cantonese restaurants will honour the Year of the Tiger with a gorgeous set menu and The King of Fuijan tiger inspired cocktail. Celebrity stylist Bay Garnett has designed some stunning and fitting attire for the staff, while the menu (£118pp), will include the Trio Happiness Dim Sum Platter, Salt Crust Fortune Baked Chicken and for dessert, a gold tiger striped Orange Dark Chocolate Firecracker and Mandarin Sorbet with orange curd, orange compote, orange madeleine and chocolate mousse. East London Creative in Residence at Andaz London Liverpool Street
From the 14th to the 20th of February, the five star lifestyle hotel Andaz London Liverpool Street is launching its East London Creative in Residence series with photographer Stefan Sieler (Manolo Blahnik, Lulu Guiness). Just ahead of LFW, the ‘Moments of Being’ exhibition shot at the hotel and inspired by it, will be displayed in the historic 1901 Ballroom. Expect mystery and intrigue exploring the transient nature of the hotel and in alignment’s with Andaz’s ethos celebrating expression.
