Pavyllon London’s acclaimed Counter Culture series returns on 28th May with a one-night-only collaboration celebrating the rise of Filipino cuisine. Executive Chef Benjamin Ferra Y Castell joins forces with Florence Mae Maglanoc of Michelin Bib Gourmand-awarded Donia for a fabulous six-course menu blending refined French technique with bold Filipino flavours. Expect dishes from scallop kinilaw to crispy pork belly lechon, plus Filipino-inspired desserts from Panadera bakery. Super cool Shoreditch cocktail bar Chiave launches a bold new summer menu this month, pairing inventive drinks with its signature music-led atmosphere. Created by award-winning bartender Bilal Tekec, highlights include the tropical City Samba (£15), floral Capybara (£14) and spicy tequila sour remix, Roxy (£15). Built around Chiave’s renowned Arda Audio sound system, the venue shifts seamlessly from laid-back aperitivo to late-night energy, making it one of East London’s hottest summer drinking destinations. Pasta Evangelists opens its stylish new Chelsea restaurant on 18th May, bringing fresh handmade pasta and Milan-inspired interiors to Fulham Road. The 56-seat space will serve signature favourites including Carbonara of Dreams, Lobster Ravioli and Truffle Cacio e Pepe, alongside Italian wines and cocktails. A first-of-its-kind wellness residency as Superoom launches at W London

W London is teaming up with functional mushroom brand Superoom for a first-of-its-kind wellness residency launching on 7th May in Soho. Open to hotel guests and locals, the spring-summer programme spans sound baths, movement classes, cocktail masterclasses and brain optimisation salons which are all designed around focus, energy and recovery. Highlights include a Science Salon with neuroscientist Dr Sabina Brennan (7th May) and immersive Reishi Soundbaths (30th May). Vintry & Mercer’s rooftop terrace has enjoyed a Riviera-inspired summer makeover from 5th May with the launch of the Mercer Minuty Terrace. Overlooking landmarks from St Paul’s Cathedral to The Shard, the al fresco spot pairs Château Minuty rosé with a seasonal British menu featuring dishes such as chalk stream trout, spring lamb and rhubarb desserts. Bringing a touch of the South of France to the City skyline, it’s set to become one of London’s chicest summer dining destinations. Check it out here.

Celebrated chef Adam Byatt opens Rosina in Wandsworth this summer, bringing Italian-inspired dining to one of his favourite London neighbourhoods. Named after his daughter Rosie, the new restaurant will feature a dining room, terrace, bar and private dining space, serving elegant dishes inspired by Italy’s regional cuisine using exceptional Italian and British produce. Open daily for lunch and dinner, Rosina marks Byatt’s first dedicated Italian venture after more than 20 years at Trinity in Clapham.
