The Ivy Asia, Chelsea has teamed up with Marussia Beverages to launch the fantastical Magic of the Blossom Dragon menu. With Japan’s sakura blossom season in full swing, diners will get to experience the tradition of ‘hanami’ – families and friends eating and drinking together under the blossom.
The Ivy Asia’s limited edition menu will run for six weeks from Tuesday 26th April. The Magic of the Blossom Dragon campaign with Akashi-Tai Sake, 135° East Gin and Hatozaki Japanese Whisky includes a sake and sushi pairing menu, limited edition cocktails and a blossom themed dessert! Meanwhile, The Ivy Asia Chelsea’s interiors are suitably floral with pink foliage and blossom trees.
We’re loving the sound of yellowtail sashimi with fresh truffle salad (£14.75) paired with Akashi-Tai Ginjo Yuzushu, and the seared Wagyu beef barbecue glazed roll (£16.95) paired with Akashi-Tai Umeshu Plum. And we’ll definitely have our eye on the cherry and white chocolate cheesecake, with 135° East Gin-infused Raindrops and morella cherry sauce (£9.75).
..As if that wasn’t enough, wash it all down with a limited edition cocktail from the menu. We like the sound of the mouth watering Hanami Lady(£11.75) made from 135° East Gin, Sakura Vermouth, Cherry Blossom Syrup, Lime Juice and Lychee Juice. We’ll see you under the blossom tree…
